2 Acorn squash, halved lengthwise and seeded 3 T unsalted butter 3 T dark brown sugar 3 T orange marmalade 3/4 C cranberries (thawed if frozen) chopped coarse
In a buttered baking dish bake the squash cut side down in preheated 350 oven for 35 mins. In a small saucepan melt the butter stir in sugar, mamrmalade, and cranberries. Remove from heat. Turn the squash cut side up, sprinkle with salt, and diive cranberry mixture amoung them. Bake for another 25 mins. or until tender.
