4 Fresh (or frozen) salmon steaks
Boiling water
1 onion (quartered)
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dillweed
Salt
Thaw fish (if frozen)
Place on greased rack in 10 inch skillet
Add boiling water (to cover)
Add quatered onion and salt
simmer 'til fish flakes easily (5-10 min)
CAREFULLY , remove fish , pat dry, cover, and chill well
Combine remaining ingredients, chill well.
When ready to serve, Spoon sour cream mixture over the chilled salmon. Garnish with slices of lemon and lime, and a sprig of parsley
