Ingredients: 2 cups skim milk 2 medium-size ripe bananas, cut into l-inch pieces 1/2 cup fat-free plain or banana yogurt 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1/3 cup wheat germ 1 teaspoon vanilla 2-1/2 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 8 packets Equal® sweetener or 1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful™ Ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions: Process all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
