I've tried saving them but I can't... they keep showing as bmp. *sigh* I cleaned out my cookies and everything and restarted my computer. I don't know what to do now.

Beanie...I right clicked on them all and they are showing jpeg to me...Let me ask around..

Beanie...when you right click and click on save as..at the bottom there is a drop down box that says Save as Type..in the drop down box is JPEG..try that..

I tried that and there isn't a choice for JPEG just bmp.
HEEELLLPPP!!! My tags are being held hostage!!!! LOL!

Is there a ransom for them Beanie?  They are beautiful tags, so call the Tag Buster, they will get them for you.  Seriously though, I hope you can figure out how to get them...........they are too beautiful for you NOT to have them hun.  Good Luck.

Beanie...you can save them as bmp's..they will still work. ... but you can also change them to jpg.'s  Save them as the bmp's then rename them to jpg  I tried that and it works. Right click on the picture, click on rename  change  the .bmp and  to .jpg

Your not the only one having that problem lately.  I've been reading up on it.  It appears to be an IE problem.

Another way that might work is when you right click the image, click on save picture as, and where it says file name on the bottom just type in there .jpg after the file name even tho the bmp is showing in the bottom box..it should still save as a jpeg.

I have tried everything... *sigh* I want my tags!! sheesh....
