2 lbs frozen hashbrowns thawed 1 tsp salt 2 c grated cheese 1/2 c melted butter or margarine 2 T diced onion 2 tsp pepper 1 10 oz can creamy potatoe soup/ or cream of celery/cream of chicken 2 c sour cream cornflake crumbs
Mix all well except for crumbs and some of the cheese. Sprinkel these across top after placing in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins.
